How to Get the Card
- Just spend min. purchase of Rp.500.000,- in one day, you can receive and fill the application form at our Customer Service counters without any registration fee.
Get Reward Points!
- Show your MYC everytime you shop at METRO Dept. Store and get 1 reward point every min. purchase of Rp.100.000,-
- Collecting points start from the first day you get MYC, the points won't be expired as long as the MYC isn't missing.
- To get information about your total points, you can call (021) 750-7018 for Jakarta area and (022) 910-1888 for Bandung area or contact any Customer Service counters. You can also check your point here.
- Your points can be exchange with any gifts in the ongoing MYC Rewards Program, max. 1 gift in each period.
METRO Gift Voucher (MGV)
- Purchasing MGV doesn't receive any reward points.
- Shopping using MGV can receive reward points.
How to Redeem Your Points
- Visit Customer Service counters in any METRO Dept. Store (Jakarta & Bandung) and show your MYC and your identity card.
MYC Terms & Conditions
- The MYC points cannot be transfered to other MYC holders.
- PT Metropolitan Retailmart has full rights to pending temporarily or permanently in counting the rewards points if the MYC holder doesn't qualify these requirements.
